From The 77 Names of God by Dr. Tai Ikomi
‘That men may know that Thou whose
Name alone is Yahweh art the Most High over all the earth’ (Psalm 83:18)
Yahweh, The Self-Existing One, I Am. The Name Yahweh is translated LORD in caps in the authorized version of the Bible.
He Is The I Am That I Am.
When Moses asked God what His Name Was, after God gave him the mandate to go and
set his people free, He Told Moses that His Name Is
I Am That I Am
What An Awesome Name! This Name is interpreted Yahweh. This Is the only Personal Name of
God Given by Himself to the world. It means The Self-Existing One. He Is Sufficient in Himself. Nothing
brought Him into Existence, nothing can take Him out of it.
The Name also can mean He Was Who He
Was and He Will Be Who He Will Be. This Name God Gave Moses is written in a tense of Endless and Timeless Existence. Whatever you need Him To Be today He Is in the present. Whatever you need Him to be in the future
He Will be in the future. He is not limited to your present needs or only to your future needs. He Can Wipe Away the pain of past experiences. He Was Who He Was He Is Who
He Is and He Will Be Who He Will Be! This Is Your God!
The God Who is beyond human analysis.
This is Yahweh, The Self-Existing One, I Am.”
“Unto thee it was shewed, that thou mightest know that the Lord he is God; there is none else beside him.”
